Answers to What Would You Do Questions
1) I would inform the CFO that the information she is demanding is still
not ready. The information I might fulfill her now with will most probably
be incomplete and inaccurate. The project team must meet before
submitting such information to the CFO in order to develop the right
budget for the project to avoid any complications later or
shortage/surplus of funds which would lead to project failure.
Action Needed
1) I would ask him why he chose the role if he did not believe in the
necessity of the objectives. Then I would explain to him the important
role of project sponsor like working to overcome resistance to change
