Chapter 3 Summary Assignment.
Chapter 3 relates to leadership through skills approach, which is based on skill, knowledge,
experience, and competencies of a leader. In the mid 1900 Katz, observations suggested that a
leader depends on three basic personal skills which consist on; technical, human, and conceptual.
Basically, leaders are on as effective as their ability to demonstrate their knowledge-based skills to
reach the goals. This approach also suggests that leaders can learn the required skills and be trained
