a. Yes employers should have the right to review an applicant’s social media
page because if they are comfortable enough to post it on social media
then they should be comfortable explaining/defending themselves.
3. What is a ‘fair’ pay level for workers? Who or what should determine wages?
a. I believe that a ‘fair’ pay for workers depends on the level of the worker.
The Manager of the worker should be able to put their input into upper
management and through that input it can be decided as to whether a
worker deserves more or less money. So, there should be some sort of
