Changing the World
Within our all-about-me world, I am thankful that we have people that are willing to
stand for others. Daily, we hear negative news often compounded by more negative news that
can drag our morale down rapidly. There are times I wonder if our world has anything or anyone
left that is positive. As I sit in my safe and warm home working on my college degree, I am
reminded that there are many others who struggle just to receive the most basic of educations.
