An attitude that I would like to change in an employee is negativity. Negativity can turn
an employee’s day into a bad one as well as be unmotivated. It discourages them into not getting
the job done in a timely manner, as well as try to learn new things. When one employee has a
negative attitude, it can rub off on others and makes it for a long work day. Being affected by
one’s negative attitude can impact the team tremendously by not working well with one another.
