Challenges and obstacles faced by IGen with proposed solutions
Introduction
IGen members are still largely kids and adolescents who were born after 1996 to the present.
IGen are very huge and diverse and energetic generation. They have an ambition of doing every
task with passion. They (IGen) want to get retired faster than the millennials, drive safely, make
hobby a passion and a passion a profession which will lead their (IGen) life happier and
accomplished than that of the millennials. The members of the IGen are very self-aware, have an
accurate glimpse of the future about where they wanted to direct their fate, have a clear vision
and prospects about their career. In order to accomplish the goals, there will definitely be
different kinds of challenges and circumstances like single parenting households, competitions
and stress, technological advancement, fear about the society that might lead the members of the
IGen stressful and depressed. Problems can be solved with a joint efforts of parents and schools,
limited use of technology, setting goals and working towards it.
Single parenting households have led to a behavioral shift in IGen. Under a harsh economic
condition, no matter whether it is single parent home or not, raising a child is very difficult job.
According to the article ISSUES FACING YOUTH TODAY written by Raushan Zhubanova

significantly increased. Today, 14 million single parent homes are responsible for 28 million
children. In the single parenting household, what happens is the single parents have to go to
work in order to fulfill the needs and demands at home. There will be an improper

right person to talk on how to overcome the challenges that comes in front of them (IGen). For
example, if there are father and daughter in the family of two, the daughter will not be
comfortable sharing about the internal body problems like periods, ideas about safe sexual
intercourse, use of contraceptives etc. which will lead the members of the IGen to make their
own decision which might not be correct all the times. As a result, they (IGen) could end up
being pregnant, using drugs and alcohol. In the single parenting households, children often feel
lonely and frightened at the time of the divorce of their parents. Members of the IGen sometimes
have to take care of themselves because all the time there wont be parents to prepare the foods,
wash their clothes, to take care when they (IGen) are sick and sleeping at home. Sometimes
