A nation is typically defined as “A large body of people united by common descent,
history, culture, or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory.” (Lexico), however,
we’ve come to recognize that a nation is formed by more complex ideals. In my own terms, a
nation is transcribed as a large body of individuals working together to create a place built on the
foundation of liberty and free will. Nations don’t have to follow a specific set of characteristics,
within a nation individuals should not have to be placed in a set label to be considered a part of
the nation. Despite different beliefs and agendas, those with different backgrounds still come
together to fulfill the purpose they are trying to establish. Success does not happen overnight,
