Pegasus
In order to help everyone eat better and live better, we plan to start a new
business called "Pegasus" Pegasus is an e-commerce platform for life
services. The main service is food delivery. Pegasus means horse with wings,
which is very fast, which means that our company's service speed is also very
fast. The horse runs fast, but our food delivery service is as fast as a horse
with wings.
“Happy chopsticks”
I plan to create a restaurant, why? Because no matter where you are in the
world, Chinese restaurants have always been very popular among all
restaurants. As we all know, there are many types of Chinese restaurants.
The tour I want to create today is a bit like McDonald’s, a fast-food restaurant
for Chinese food. Because we know that the fast-paced urban life often
makes many people unable to eat on time. How to experience more Chinese
delicacies in a limited time is what I pursue. The name of our restaurant is
"Happy Chopsticks"
What is the potential target market? What size of market? Where? ：
The potential target market for Pegasus is residential students (especially
international students) and busy workers. The company’s headquarters is set
up in China, mainly to deliver takeaway services to students who live in school
dormitories and workers who are very busy every day. The company's main
market is in China, but we intend to merge the company into other countries.
We would like to take advantage of emerging markets to Malaysia.
For restaurant we have a huge potential market right now. There are so
many dishes to choose from depending on the needs of different customers. It
can be sold at school gates, in shopping malls and at subway stations.
Because the space is small, even a food truck will suffice.
What problems do you solve? Does it relate to social/environment
issues?
If students only eat food from the school canteen for a long time, they may
be bored with the food; or the food in the school canteen may not be delicious
and nutritious; or some schools do not have a student canteen. Pegasus
