Causes of Cancer
According to the statistic of World Health Organization (WHO), there were
around 600 hundred thousand of people died in cancer. Cancer is a type of disease that
characterized by out-of-control cell growth and harms our body when damaged cell
divide uncontrollably. There are some factors that causes someone suffers from
cancer, that is chemical substances, hormones and unhealthy lifestyle.
Firstly, research shows that cancer has highly correlated with smoking. This is
because cigarette contains chemical substances such as tar and tobacco that can lead
to DNA mutation. The substances that cause cancer are known as carcinogens. The
tobacco contains over 50 carcinogens, including nitrosamine and aromatic
hydrocarbon. These carcinogens combine altogether will cause the patient suffer lung
cancer.
