In the report of the I-35W Bridge collapse and response, three problem areas stood out to
me. these areas where the EMS Branch Director does not have enough staff support to enact the
EMS Branch fully. (U.S. Fire Administration, 2007) Another interesting area was the 6th
problem in the PDF which is described as, ”well–intentioned rescuer’s need to keep their safety
in mind.” the last area that was interesting was the 8th problem which is the “The EOC was of
