Advantages:
• This case study report provides accurate executive summary of satisfaction ratings and standard
deviation for all for dealer satisfaction and end user satisfaction for all the regions for 5 years.
• The case study provides changes in defects after delivery year wise perfectly. In addition,
providing the std deviation changes chart along with mean chart which makes it easier to
conclude the result.
• The sales analysis provides the appropriate charts to conclude the monthly mower and tractor
sales along with the sales region wise.
Things to be improved:
• The customer survey data 2014 shows the descriptive analysis of all the regions together. The
data summarized does not provide any statistical data on each of the regions necessary to
conclude the comparison between each region.
• The customer survey data 2014 does not provide any statistical data on each of the categories
such as Quality, Ease of use, Price and Service for each of the regions necessary to conclude the
comparison between each region with respect to the categories.
• The sales analysis can be improved by adding the descriptive statistics.
