The market of traveling passengers through the air is strongly managed by Air France, being
one of the biggest companies in the airline industry in the entire world. Lufthansa Is also in the
top tier and is a strong competitor for Air France company. In the years of 2016-2019 comparing
the data and analysis that was conducted both, we are going to give a brief overview of its
revenue/sales, profitability, liquidity, and leverage.
In the years of 2016-2019 Lufthansa according to the charts of revenue had overcome Air
France by a considerable number of 31 billion in revenue in the year 2018 that was a 171%
increase in revenues meanwhile Air France in the same year had an increase of 7.1 billion that
with 17.31% increase in revenues. Even though Air France Had an increase Lufthansa was the
company to produce more revenue in those 3 years.
