1. Certificate of origin refers to the country where the products were grown or
made.
The Columbia required a certificate of origin to show that the beans were a
product of the EEC. This means that for some reason, maybe the concern of food
safety or insect problems, Columbia might only want to import beans from the
EEC. So, they require the CO to make sure that they did not import beans from
elsewhere.
2. The beans would be refused to be imported and disposed according to the
Columbian law. Maybe the beans would be forced to send back to Netherland,
maybe the authority would ask the companies to dispose the beans in a certain
