The success factors of Bill are his main characteristics of passion and focus. It can be seen from
that case, that Bill had a positive attitude about learning and showed the behavior for perfection
from which Hugo was impressed and always retain the trait that Bill and Hugo have always
accompanied. Passion & Focus is mainly important to be an Entrepreneur because when the plan
for business is thought, if we do not show the passion and focus on that Business Planning it just
