INTRODUCTION
The case discusses the issues at AgCredit, a company focused on agriculture loan and
credit. The main advantage of the company is their customer knowledge. The mismatch between
the organization structure and the business itself has led to other issues and the new IT team now
has the challenge of convincing business level personnel on the changes to be brought about.
Major Issues at AgCredit
-The IT team does not seem to have a very good understanding of business and the
business team does not actually have an understanding of all the processes prevalent in the
organization
-Business divisions should strive to achieve the overall goals of the organization so there
