Case: Roe v. Wade 410 U.S. 113(1973)
Facts: Jane Roe a single woman who placed a class action lawsuit after she was denied to safely
and legally have an abortion because of the abortion laws in Texas. The Texas abortion laws said
that it was illegal to have or attempt to have an abortion and the only exception was if a
professional opinion suggested that the abortion was to save the life of the mother. The other
