CASE ANALYSIS #2
After previous charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill,
this 20 year old hispanic female has been arrested a second time for violating an Injunction
against Repeated, Sexual, or Date Violence. On this arrest specifically, Maria had shown up at
her ex-boyfriends place of work, Chipotle, and banged on the windows causing a huge public
disturbance. Witness at the scene had stated that she seemed “psychotic” and “crazy” and
“obsessed”. From the information provided, and from the information I had gathered from her
past, I am able to come up with potential reasons on why she had acted the way she acted, or
“lashed out” the way she had in that situation.
