Case Against Drones
The use of drones should not be legal in the United States because it does not
fully satisfy Just Law theory as well as many other problems such as the need for
more violence, the secrecy and the rise of a new kind of terrorist. The Government
had to redefine terms in order to justify the use of drones as they are today.
According criteria needed for a drone strike there has to be an imminent threat,
capture can not be feasible and it has to be in accordance with the Law of War (i.e.
