Cosair Gas Distributor is an independent oil distributor located in Houma, Louisiana. Riley
Sayer is the founder of the company, who purchasing, handing the installation of his manager,
John, and switch to the CRM system. This installation affect sales, distribution, inventory, order
entry, and purchasing for the company. This slowdown the company in every department,
moreover its managers are unsure where to start trying to get it on the right track.
According to this situation, the first mistake was that Riley, the founder of the company
impulsive purchase the CRM system and pushing the installation on to the employees. There are
no trailer and training for the employee for the new CRM system. There are two main problems
