– This quote is short but hits big. I find myself struggling with this a lot
because a lot of times when I am praying to God, I see that I am asking Him
for things. Many times I don’t pray to God because I think I am too busy for
him or I think other things are more important. Although, when I need
something I find myself always praying to him about it. This is a big
challenge for me because it is very ‘toxic”. Jesus died for us on the cross and
I pray to God as if He can just give me whatever I ask for. A relationship
with God involves more than just asking Him for things, but rather deeper
connections and spreading your faith to the places you go. Anyone can ask
God for things, but it is not a free hand out. You must aim and strive for that
deep connection with Him. Although this is a challenge for me, it is
something that I can work on. Not only can I put God in front of other
things, but try to pray for another deeper connection and thank Him for all
