Executive Summary
5-6-Futbol is an indoor and outdoor soccer facility located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The
population of Palm Beach County is 1.4 million (2014 estimate, Consensus Bureau). 5-6-Futbol has four
smaller-scale outdoor, lighted ‘elds featuring Field Turf, as well as two indoor ‘elds of the same size.
Having the ‘elds both indoors and outdoors, provides the soccer complex with Soccer fun, any day of
the year, without weather impediment. On both the indoor and outdoor ‘elds, soccer players will be
able to play the game they love in a safe, fun, and clean atmosphere dedicated to the love and passion
for the sport.
5-6-Futbol will have Soccer leagues consisting of recreational and intermediate divisions for youth, men,
women and co-ed. Each season for the leagues will last approximately 3 months, and continue year–
round. All participants are required to become 5-6-Futbol members, paying a one-time fee of $5 and
lasts the rest of the calendar-year. An additional option for the membership is for the premium
membership, which is $20, but gives you a 10% discount on select purchases at 5-6-Futbol (Pro shop and
Café). Team registration for league play is $600. Each season has 10 games with playo6s and a
championship award/trophy to the winning team.
Additionally, other types of events and sporting activities will take place at 5-6-Futbol. We will host
monthly skills clinics for youth players and/or beginning adults. Several of our ‘elds can also be rented
for team practices, birthday parties and corporate events, and fund raising tournaments. A café will be
on-site with small snacks and drinks for sale. Also, a soccer store will be located inside the building, with
soccer apparel, equipment, and other soccer accessories for sale.
5-6-Futbol projects that we will have more than 1000 members, 25 adult teams and 25 youth teams by
the end of Fiscal Year One.
1.1 Objectives
5-6-Futbol has the following objectives:
oBuild membership in our facility to more than 1500 people (1000 in year one)
oOrganizing and registering 25 adult teams and 16 youth teams by the end of Fiscal Year

oBuild a community presence, allowing us to be the soccer facility of choice, where
everyone will choose for their events, parties, and sporting fun
oContinuing to grow the exposure to the sport of soccer in South Florida, teaching and
developing the necessary skills to youth and those interested in the sport

Our mission at 5-6-Futbol is provide the residents of Palm Beach County an elite soccer facility that will
allow both youth and adults to enjoy and play soccer year-round, in a competitive and friendly manner,
through our league play or pick-up games.
