Team Dynamics
The product that me and my team are doing but we were told to change our idea to mime
ware houses. And the members of my group are Griffin and Brit and our work style of how we
work together as team work out most of the time, because we all play sports but griffin and brit
play the same sport so they can get more things done and meet up because their schedule are
most likely the same but when we do meet up we meet in the UC and we have a group chart to
let each other know when and where to meet it goes successful because we all put our brain and
opinion in what we need to do to make our business great. What have been some of my success
was to let them know when I’m free or letting my team know when I can’t make it when we have
to meet. The most enjoyable thing about my team is that we get alone with one another and we
work hard. The most the challenging thing I think is when we can’t meet we have to talk in our
group chat and it don’t work out so well as in meet in person getting the work done. But by the
look of things I think me and team members have things to work but we are doing good basic on
making sure our work are done and completed so we can have an A in the class.
What I learned about myself so far in this course was that I wait to the last minute to do
my work but I also know that I get alone with people very well and that am a chill laid back kid.
My kind of leadership style is me pushing my team to do better, being there for my team when
needed, coaching and building on what we need and got to have for class so we can make sure
we doing good in class so we can have an A. The leadership style contributes to my group most
of the time because not all the time one of us say come let’s meet so we can get this work done
or make sure we have the sources for our business. My style is challenging to the group because
I can’t meet some days and it throws everything off what we have going on. The times I saw my
leadership emerge in my group was when we were told to change our business to mime ware
houses and Griffin and Brit was mad because we work hard on our first business but I told the
when we meet we go be back where we left off and we were because we work hard and I pushed
them to not give up. When I learned more about them I knew they was responsible to get the
work done when it was time to work so no I really didn’t have to bring no other leadership styles.
