RIZZUTO’S PIZZERIA CASE STUDY
Abstract
This paper explores the case study of Rizzuto’s Pizzeria. Southfield, Ann Arbor and Flint
are all cities located in Michigan with a popular pizza business called Rizzuto’s Pizzeria. This
business serves its consumer in a couple of different ways; dine in and delivery. To determine
how each business locations are doing one must take note of the services provided as well as its
manager and employees. Each are very vital to a successful business. For starters, let’s take a
look at the manager that is over the Flint location. Cassidy Newman the manager, is having a lot
of scattered success. For one to improve this business they must take a deeper look at why the
success rate is not stable at this particular location.
