2. Executive summary
2.1 Purpose
The current situation of GHB is that the company is facing problems that will make them less
sustainable. The company wants to improve its corporate sustainability focus as well as their
corporate social responsibility profile. The main purpose of this report is to list down the problems
that Gorilla Health Bars is facing and give solutions to each and every problem faced by the
company. The methods used to research and compile this report include getting information from
reliable sources such as online news websites and online articles, as well as from Janet Jones, CEO
of Gorilla Health Bars. Based on the available literature, Gorilla Health Bars is facing problems
such as company sustainability and financial issues, therefore the aim of this report is to analyze
and give solutions to the problems faced by them. If the measures are implemented, the GHB will
not only lower its cost but also get accreditation from various agencies for being a socially
responsible company with its “GO GREEN” initiatives and thus create awareness of the products of
the GHB.
