Business idea and goal
I want to establish a maid centre named “family assistant”, providing full-time and part-time
maid for Hanoi people through a smartphone app in ios and android operation system. Our
service provides four main type of maid: part-time cleaner, full-time housemaid, nanny,
patient and eldster caretaker. Being different with competitor in the same industry, our
priority goal is achieve high-skill labor and a convenience app helping customer find their
desirable maid at right price and right time.
Market feasibility
Vietnam maid market is quite potential when total demand is 10 times higher than sypply. It
will be a competitive advantage if the Centre solves the problem of low-skill labor that is the
biggest problem the market face.
Technological feasibility
Technology development of apps, how to train and recruit maid will be mentioned. Moreover,
the way the centre provide the service to customer and any legal regulation relating this
market will also consider.
Financial feasibility
I will use the competitor-based pricing strategy and estimate our expense and revenue in the
new 3 years by star-up cost and Financial Performance Statement.
Human feasibility
