Description of the Company
Batter Up! Cookie Company (BUCC) is a single member company founded in the state of
Tennessee and is located at 2001 Belmont Blvd, Nashville, TN 37212. The company was
created in May 2019 by founder and CEO, Donnie Renner. Mr. Renner comes from a strong
background in sales, marketing, and operational management. His most recent experience
includes certification as a professional air traffic controller with the FAA. When Mr. Renner saw
a serious shortage of quality, hand-made cookies readily available on the Belmont Campus, he
was reminded how his two great-grandparents started a successful local German bakery in the
Chicagoland market after migrating to the United States. Mr. Renner feels extremely passionate
about how a similar business can mesh with the community surrounding Belmont University.
