1. Explain what it is that you do to generate income and how you do it.
2. Explain the legal form of your business and why it is advantageous to your business.
3. Describe the licenses or permits you will need in your business and whether you currently
have them or when you will receive them.
4. What image do you want for this business and how will you achieve this image?
5. If you are an existing business, describe the history of your business.
6. What are the goals and objectives of your business? (ex. What do you want to accomplish
and why are you going into this business?)
7. How much do you want to grow? How will you accomplish this growth? How fast will you
grow?
