Delivery of informaon Consistently
In the past year, we have had a breakdown in the delivery of per)nent informa)on. “Business leaders
reques)ng informa)on from team members are often pressed for )me, thus making brevity an
important skill for the business communicator to possess [ CITATION Con16 \l 1033 ].” Much of the
informa)on needed to efficiently perform our jobs to the best of our ability, relies on consistent and
correct informa)on. We are the leading server of highly classified informa)on that depends on all our
team having the skills to channel this informa)on to the appropriate recipients e9ec)vely and
consistently. Clear and concise informa)on streaming will be the focus of our plan of action.
Insu6cient informa)on has hindered the e9ect of our company and a0er careful considera)on we have
decided on a course of action to alleviate this situation. All team members will a:end a course in how to
e9ec)vely send and receive informa)on. This is a companywide situation and all employees will be in
attendance. Learning how to deliver informa)on will improve our company as well as this team.
