Dear Mr. Marshall:
For over 30 years, I’ve had no issue with trusting your lawyers with any problematic legal
situation, until now. Speaking with a member of your law office to obtain legal advice, I was
informed that no payment would be filed until an agreement was established. The cost of the
service was in the amount of $100. I declined the offer, but was billed by an attorney of the law
office anyway.
My family and I had recently been involved in a detrimental car accident. We exchanged
insurance information with all parties involved in the crash. It came to our surprise that an
individual involved in the accident had the same insurance company that my family was under. I
called the Law Office of John Marshall, due to not having any experience dealing with this
situation. The attorney I spoke with made it clear that payment for the information would only
occur if I agreed to his representation, not for the legal advice. I contacted the attorney shortly
after the conversation to decline his offer of representation. Later, during the week, I decided to
make sure I was not billed. I spoke with the paralegal about the meeting with the attorney. Your
attorney processed my credit card for $100, without my consent for.
