Subject: Request for immediate action on a faulty TV bought from your firm. Invoice No:
KTV/HYD/1234, dated January 2, 2009.
I regret to inform you that the television I bought from your local sales-counter on January 2,
2009 has not been working well.
The TV set developed audio problems in less than six months. The audio output was fading
away for a minute. Your service manager sent technician, but the defect is yet to be set right.
It may be a manufacturing defect.
Kindly inform me whether I should have it sent to you or alternatively, your man will call at
my place. I will be happy to get it changed. I shall be grateful for immediate action.
