Overall I believe that my business communication skills have grown tremendously. I
usually do the most worrying about the oral part of a class. So I wish I could get more
practice actually putting this knowledge to work in the real life.
Some of my biggest strengths as of right now are that I have learned all these little email
details like subject line, what part of a negative message goes in the beginning, middle,
and end. I think that doing the rough drafts of these topics and then turning around to do
the final drafts really help me fully understand the topic well. I have gained knowledge
about the tone and how you should have a professional tone as well.
I think that my major weakness is not really getting the assignments done on time. I feel
like I am always the last one to post and that’s my own fault. I also think that another
weakness of mine is the quizzes because I space out while reading the material. I need to
work on those two things and hopefully I will excel in this course.
