When you start a business, it is a big responsibility, and you want to ensure you set up
your business right and that everything is clearly defined. There are many business forms
available depending on how you want to operate, such as sole proprietorships, partnerships and
corporations. There are also hybrid forms that are limited partnerships, S corporations, limited
liability companies and limited liability partnerships. So, you need to determine, what form will
work best for the business you are building.
