Do Workers with Families Deserve More Sick Days?
In today’s new world of new found generation, the generation know as the ones
who “Get offended by everything” has come to a new topic that is starting to stir up around the
country. Many people within this generation are sworn to believe that their way is the only way
and the best way, and if anyone can’t accept that then they are immediately offended and start a
commotion. A large portion of Americans believe that discrimination in the work place, based on
race, gender, ethnicity etc., is frowned upon; legally enforce against, in fact. So why would
anyone want benefits for certain people while not giving it to others.
If companies allow more paid sick days for family workers, then there is a greater
