The maintenance of high ethical standards is extremely influential on the success of any
business organization. Good ethical standards ensure that a firm’s public image is maintained at
a level that fosters the marketability of the company’s products. Good ethical standards also
critical in ensuring that the needs of a firm’s key stakeholders are well taken care of. On a
number of occasions, an organization might be faced with a situation that might place it in a
difficult situation regarding matters to do with ethics. For instance, a firm may be required to
make a decision that uplifts its ethical standards but hampers its profitability. A firm faced by the
aforementioned situation should deeply consider its actions so as to maintain its sustainability.
The issue of environmental conservation has become an important part of the organizational
