Subject: Smart Gadgets P&L Management
This report analyzes three products that can increase our staff productivity. For our marketing
firm I believe we need smart gadgets that can help our staff become more efficient. These smart
gadgets are SmartWigs, smart badges, and smart watches. In this report I will analyze the pros
and cons and give my recommendation on the products.
The main interest for me with this report is I am looking for different ways to increase
productivity in our office. The problem this report addresses is lost production. There are three
main areas I believe we are lacking productivity. I have three smart gadgets that will assist with
these areas. Smart badges will help our outside sales representatives by tracking their progress.
Smart watches can help speed up the time our customer service representatives are on the phone.
SmartWig’s will help improve the effectiveness sales presentation professionalism.
