A job interview is a discussion between a job applicant and an employer representative that is
held to decide whether or not the applicant should be employed.
Types of job interview
Behaviour-based interviewing: is used to assess how you treated particular job-related
circumstances in the past, which will assist in assessing your potential results. The difference
between a behaviour-based interview and a conventional work interview is that you’ll be asked
to explain in depth how you’ve dealt with a situation similar to the ones you’ll face in the
position you’re interviewing for in the past.
Stress Interviews: A stress interview is used to test how you react to stress and intense
pressure, as the name implies. Unlike other forms of interviews, where recruiting managers
will make an attempt to make you feel at ease, a stress interview will not.
Case Interviews: During a case interview, you will be presented with a scenario and asked to
