A comparison of our order bill in Shopee with those of shoes sended to me in Sunday
moring suggest that the color of item may not be accurate; moreover, our order was
delayed till March 21. Please send a store manager to check it and hopefully I can receive
the right shoes ordered by me.
Our store ordered 100 pairs of shoes for type of white Nike Airmax 90 in Febuary 20, and
we have received bill in 1 weeks and made a payment after. As the promise, our store
will receive all of the items in March 10; however, we have just received it for 1 week
and those is not right color. I recalled for your reprentative to discuss about that problem;
actually it has not been solved.
Please reply me as son as possible in order that we can give solution together which may
be returning goods, …I understand that you regularly provide this helpful servie to
