changing nature of employment?
– Communication is important to your career because strong communication
skills give you an advantage in the job market. As you know, communication is
the process of transfering information and meaning between senders and
receivers. With the good communication, receivers can deeply comprehence the
message as the senders mean and also be provided more useful information.
– If you have great ideas and at the same time, you can express them clearly
and persuasively, you would be the best choice to your company or your career,
especially the job need an ability to connect with the others like: sales, customer
supports, bankers, financial advisors… You will have to “sell yourself” into each
new contract, communicate successfully in a wide range of work situations, take
full responsibility for your career growth and success.
– If you launch a company, communication consume most of time, so who
can’t communicate well don’t stand much chance of reaching the top.
