Dear Mr. Jones:
This letter concerns the return of a desk I recently purchased from your catalog. I
purchased the North American white oak embellished with hand-inlaid walnut
cross-banding and upon arrival of the desk it was unsatisfactory.
My two main concerns of the desk are that the wood finish was not sanded and very rough
to the touch, and many of the drawers do not pull out easily as described. Due to these
disappointments in the desk I would like to return the desk for a full refund including my
freight charges.
