The assigned cases must be analyzed in the following manner:
Short summary of the case:
John Franklin, supply manager for New Jersey-based Standard Tele-Link Company (STC),
returned from a supplier site visit and found that the supplier had had some issues going on. He
tried to find a way to negotiate his strategies and get better at them. He was trying to figure out
