Dear Mr. Ramsay,
On January 29th I ordered a pair of shoes online with the assistance of one of your
employees, Bianca, at the Jimmy Choo Boston boutique. The boots I purchased were
the biker lined boots, in black, size 38.
I received the boots yesterday and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the comfort and
fit of the boots considering the amount I paid. I am disappointed because I paid $1000+
