1. The most basic form of ethics is the normal standards and these are
the generally accepted rules of conduct that govern a civilized society.
The normative standards extend beyond ethical standards and also
include expectations of behavior for all aspects of live. Ethics consist of
unwritten rules that should be abided by to conduct interactions in
society. As in this instance, it is expected that the person working in
the Motor Vehicles department would exhibit integrity in discharging
his duties as part of his contract of employment. Having failed to do
so, by indulging in dishonesty and fraud, he has resorted to unethical
behavior under the normal standards. Under the Moral relativist’s
theory, the persons actions are justified according to this theory
because it is based off of time and place ethics. In the face of severe
