Abstract
Employees’ motivation has always been a central subject for leaders and managers. Unmotivated
employees are likely to spend little or no time on their job, avoid workplace as much as possible,
exit the organization if given the opportunity and provide low quality work. On the other hand,
motivated employees are highly productive, persistent, and creative. They help the organization
achieve its goals and objectives which will lead to success of the company. But the question is
