Bush’s Letter To Saddam Hussein
The aim of President Bush’s writing a letter to Saddam Hussein was to convince him to
remove his troops from Kuwait. When analyzing the letter President Bush was able to efficiently
relay his fearful message to the Iraq president when stating he must withdraw his troops in his
statement “It is not Iraq against the United States, but Iraq against the world”. This statement
