After reviewing Wiedmer article regarding workplace bullying this paper is going to
discuss the impact of workplace bullying on both the victims and the organization. It is very
important to know the affects that bullying has on the workplace. It will also give examples of
workplace bullying as well as least two practices of workplace bullying addressed in the
article. Next it will recommend techniques from the article that management should implement
to provide a positive impact on workplace bullying. After reading this paper you will have a full
understanding on why bullying in the workplace is not tolerated and how many people it can
effect if it is not stopped.
