I chose to use mini case study 1: Proposal to add a retail pharmacy to a hospital in the Metropolis
Health System in chapter 29. I got my assumptions using Exhibit 29-2 Sample General Hospital
Retail Pharmacy Proposal Assumptions. I figured out the percentages and amounts using years 1
and 2 on their chart and made my budget for a year 3.
Assumptions:
1. Annual Prescription Estimates—Rate of Growth/Capture: Up 4% from the last year /
