Brown vs. Board of Education Case Opinion Analysis Paper
According to the article, minors of the Negro race sought out the aid of the courts in
obtaining admission to the public schools of their community, on a non-segregated basis. In the
cases 487, 488, and 688 the three-judge federal district court denied the request, following stare
decisis set forth by the Plessy v. Ferguson court hearing. In the Plessy v. Ferguson case it was
said equality is reached when equal facilities are given, despite being separate facilities. In the
court case, held in the Supreme Court of Delaware, it was ordered that the plaintiffs be admitted
