II. Police brutality
a. Police brutality which is the excessive force used when dealing with a citizen has
been and continues to be one of the most debated issue in American society today.
The use of force is designed to stop a threat, establish control, and take a person
or more into custody. However, I realize that there are many gray areas, especially
