Introduction
Leadership, which according to Lencioni is the role that an individual play that helps in
setting the vision or the direction that a particular company is taking while doing their every
day’s operations (2010). By this, the leader is responsible for the guidance and ensuring that
the company’s vision and mission are followed and within a specified timeline, the things that
had been planned are executed according to the agreed time. Since this involves working and
coordinating with different people, there are hardships that are experienced by leaders that are
caused by both the team members they are working with, the clients or their personal interest.
With them, there arise some temptations. In this section, I am going to review the work done
