BONTRAGER-HARDIES SET TO IMPROVE LOCAL COMMUNITY
SACRAMENTO, CA (3/16/18) – Bontrager-Hardies Development Corporation is set to
improve a low-income community by redeveloping the abandoned Central State Hospital
property and building a Chick fil A and a CVS pharmacy.
The Central State Hospital property was abandoned by the state of California in 2000.
There are currently 10 buildings on the property. The state leased the land to Bontrager-Hardies
